  Practically new--I bought this tenor to replace my Selmer Reference 54 as trade down for a little money.
  
  These horns sell new discounted to about $2,100.
  
  I decided against trading down, though this horn plays very well, sounds great and makes a great semi-pro or intermediate horn. I played it for about a month and on a couple of jazz gigs where it worked great--I'm just too much in love with the ($6,000) Selmer to let it go.
  
  This horn has three (really tiny) scratches (one each on the bell, key guard, and neck) and a miniscule dent, about the size of half a grain of rice on the upper body.
